this is how i'm feeling today

a picture is worth a thousand words and i have seven.

i purposefully chose the images of little girls....because it is the little girl inside of me crying for her mommy and daddy to protect and love her.

the adult is confused, frustrated and angry...feeling betrayed by the people who are supposed to love and comfort her, validate and help her.

i'm glad i have my husband to protect me and love me and stand up for me.

These are some really powerful images. Thank you for sharing them, and I'm sure inside appreciates you acknowledging their pain and validating their experiences.

I can relate to this because in therapy today I had no words. So, I started off by having my therapist and I listen to the first movement of Beethoven's Pathetique Sonata. That summed things up perfectly. Then we were able to move on.

These pictures speak a very clear language. I know I have been there. Can relate and mourning what we didnt have is so important. Particular as no one can give it us. No one. The one which can feel our needs for nourishment, love and attention best is ourselves. Your little angel, needs you. Since I strated to listen, hear and nourish Little Paula, love and play with her I am improving greatly. Now I slowly start to introduce rules and boundaries to my Little One.
Little Paula would love to hold your Little Ones hand, cuddle with her and hold her tight and later go for play. Laughing with her and sharing. Hugs and love to BOTH OF YOU
